98i | season finale (Reply)

Its amazing how the writers of Lost tied up so many mysteries with this season finale, left a very satisfying ending, yet have still left the show open enough for 2 more seasons. The cliff hanger wasn't too shocking this time around, especially since it was basically just a conintuation of hte one from season 3, but now it is clear how the show will be able to end in two seasons, and how each season could potentially just cover the story of one group of people.
The only strange thing is that i'm unsure about is how the show will continue its trademark flash back/forward mechanism. Just about all the back story that can be told has been covered, and hte flash forwards have now caught up with themselves (for the most part). I'm very anxious to see how this show continues as it zones in on its series finale.
